Redemption Sur Lee Straight Rye is a specialty expression from Redemption Whiskey (MGP, Indiana) that adapts the French winemaking "sur lie" technique, finishing the straight rye — made from a high-rye (95% rye, 5% barley) pre-Prohibition-style mash bill — on whiskey lees for added depth, creamy texture and complexity. Bottled at 47% ABV with no age statement.
