Elijah Craig Straight Rye is a Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, using a 51% rye, 35% corn, 14% malted barley mash bill — the same "barely legal" rye recipe behind Rittenhouse and Pikesville. Bottled at 94 proof with no age statement, it debuted nationwide in 2020 as the rye counterpart to Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, offering notes of black pepper, kettle corn, caramel, vanilla, and rye spice.
