Little Book Chapter 9 "None for Granted" is the ninth installment of Beam master distiller Freddie Noe's experimental Little Book series, a blend of five Kentucky straight whiskeys (11-year and two 7-year straight bourbons, an 8-year straight bourbon made with a brown-rice mash bill, and an 8-year straight rye) bottled at barrel-proof strength (roughly 121.8 proof / 60.9% ABV) to showcase the "founding flavors" of American whiskey.
