Ben Holladay Bottled-in-Bond Missouri Straight Bourbon is produced by Holladay Distillery (formerly McCormick Distilling) in Weston, Missouri, on the site of the historic Blue Springs Distillery founded in 1856. Made from a mash of 73% corn, 15% rye, and 12% malted barley, it is distilled using a two-grain cooker system, entered into level-three charred Missouri white oak barrels, aged a minimum of 6 years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), non-chill filtered.
