Absolut Peppar is a Swedish flavored vodka made from Åhus winter wheat and well water, infused with black pepper, green bell pepper, jalapeño, and chili for a spicy, savory character. Created in 1986 as the first major savory flavored vodka, it is bottled at 40% ABV and widely used in Bloody Marys and other spicy cocktails.
