Alma del Jaguar Blanco is a handcrafted, sustainably produced 100% blue weber agave tequila made by the Vivanco family at NOM 1414 in the highlands of Jalisco. It is distilled in copper pot stills from a blend of tequilas fermented separately with wild and Champagne yeast strains, yielding a citrus-forward, floral spirit with notes of cooked agave, pineapple, honey, clove, black pepper, and sea salt.
