Angostura Aromatic Bitters is a concentrated bitters preparation crafted by the House of Angostura in Trinidad and Tobago from a secret blend of gentian, tropical herbs and spices. Recognizable by its oversized label and yellow cap, it is bottled at roughly 44.7% ABV and used in small dashes to flavor cocktails such as the Manhattan and Old Fashioned, imparting notes of tamarind and cinnamon.
