Appleton Estate 15 Year Black River Casks is a premium Jamaican rum from Jamaica's oldest continuously operating distillery, blending rare pot and column still rums aged a minimum of 15 years in American oak barrels. Named for the Black River that runs through the estate and supplies its limestone-filtered water, it offers notes of molasses, caramel, and toasted oak balanced by dried fruit (apricot, raisin) and warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.
