Crafted by master distiller Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Los Altos de Jalisco, this 100% blue Weber agave blanco tequila is fermented with rainwater and distilled using a 50/50 blend of rainwater and filtered well water. A pre-bottling aeration process softens sharp aromas and concentrates the roasted agave character, yielding a bottled-unaged spirit with notes of yeasty minerality, fresh rainfall, cooked agave and mint, and a spearmint, grassy, caramelized-agave palate with a rounded, persistent finish.
