Ben Holladay Rickhouse Proof Bourbon is a cask-strength, small-batch reserve straight bourbon whiskey produced by Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri — the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi River still operating on its original site. Distilled from a mash bill including corn, rye, and malted barley, it is aged roughly six years in new, charred oak barrels and bottled unfiltered at its natural barrel/rickhouse proof for a bold, robust flavor profile.
