Zaya Gran Reserva is a premium rum blend originally distilled in Guatemala by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala and now produced in Trinidad by Angostura for the Zaya Rum Company (owned by Infinium Spirits). The blend combines up to a dozen different rums, some aged as long as 18 years, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied dark rum noted for notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
