Excellent, and priced like it. Top-third reviews at a top-third price. Breaking Bourbon gives it 4/5, vs. 3.5/5 for the typical american whiskey (66 rated). The Bourbon Culture gives it 8.3/10, vs. 7.5/10 for the typical american whiskey (62 rated). Thin data, two sources.

A collaborative release between Bardstown Bourbon Company (Kentucky) and India's Amrut Distillery. Two straight rye whiskeys from Indiana (an 8-year-old 95% rye and a 9-year-old 51% rye) were finished for 18 months in ex-Amrut Indian single malt whisky casks, then blended with several Kentucky straight bourbons aged 10-14 years. Bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV), it was ranked #4 on Whisky Advocate's Top 20 Whiskies of 2024.
