Redbreast 15 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at the New Midleton Distillery. Matured for 15 years in a combination of bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV, offering a rich, full-bodied profile of berry fruits, spice, and toasted wood with a long finish.
