Leblon Cachaça is a premium artisanal cachaça produced at the Destilaria Maison Leblon in Patos de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Made from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, fermented and distilled using traditional methods, it is aged briefly in French oak casks that once held cognac, giving it a smooth, fruity character. It is a key ingredient in Brazil's national cocktail, the caipirinha, and is bottled at 40% ABV.
