Oak & Eden Bourbon & Spire is a Texas-based craft bourbon made from a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, aged a minimum of two years and bottled at 90 proof. Each bottle contains a hand-crafted, seasoned and toasted American white oak "spire" that continues to infuse the whiskey with notes of honey, vanilla, and caramel while it sits on the shelf. It has won Platinum and Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
