Blanton's Gold Edition is a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Blanton's Distilling Company (Sazerac) at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Bottled at 103 proof (51.5% ABV), it is a higher-proof counterpart to Blanton's Original Single Barrel and is sold primarily in select non-U.S. markets. Tasting notes include spicy rye, tobacco, caramel, honey, dark fruit, and citrus on the nose, with charred oak and vanilla leading to a long, harmonious finish.
