Calirosa Reposado Tequila is a premium tequila crafted by the Real family at NOM 1459 (Tequila Selecto de Amatitán) in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave. It is cooked slowly in brick ovens, fermented, twice distilled in copper pot stills, and rested for about 8-9 months in American oak barrels that previously held California red wine, giving the tequila its signature rosa hue and notes of caramel, honey, and red fruit. Bottled at 40% ABV.
