Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum is a blend of pot and column still rums from Jamaica's Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries, infused with natural ingredients including Madagascar vanilla pods, Jamaican ginger, and coconut, with part of the blend finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for added richness and notes of raisin and cocoa. Produced by Maison Ferrand and bottled at 40% ABV.
