Capel Premium Pisco is a Chilean pisco produced by Capel, one of Chile's largest pisco producers, distilled from Muscat, Pedro Jiménez, and Torontel grapes grown at high altitude in northern Chile. The spirit is aged in wooden casks for four to six months and slowly distilled with pure water sourced from the Andes Mountains, yielding a transparent, aromatic spirit with floral (orange blossom) and citrus notes, a smooth mouthfeel, and a dry, elegant finish.
