Casamigos Mezcal Joven is an unaged, 100% Espadín agave mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in underground pits lined with volcanic rock, crushed with a traditional tahona wheel, and double distilled in copper stills. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers balanced, elegant notes of tamarind and pomegranate, fresh mint and dried oregano, with delicate smoke and black pepper leading to a long, silky finish.
