Cimarron Reposado Tequila is produced in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Mexico, from highland blue agave grown at approximately 4,620 feet elevation. It undergoes a low-pressure, slow agave roast and entirely natural fermentation using winemakers' yeast, then is aged in American white oak for 4 months. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers a bright, forward agave flavor typical of highland tequila expressions.
