Cincoro Extra Añejo is a small-batch tequila produced by Cincoro Tequila at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila (NOM 1438) in Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged 40–44 months in used American whiskey/bourbon barrels in an underground cellar, well beyond the minimum required for the Extra Añejo classification, yielding a deep copper color and layered notes of oak, cooked agave, caramel, and vanilla.
