Copalli Cacao Rum is an organic, single-estate rum from the rainforest of southern Belize, made by redistilling Copalli's agricole-style white rum (fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, yeast, and rainforest canopy water) with 100% organic cacao nibs to infuse natural chocolate flavor, with no added sugar, artificial flavors, or colors; bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
