Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka is a flavored Polish vodka produced by Polmos Białystok, infused with bison grass (Hierochloe odorata) hand-picked from the Białowieża Forest. Traditionally bottled with a blade of the grass inside, it has a herbal, slightly sweet character with notes of vanilla, coconut, almond and freshly cut hay.
