Penelope Rosé Cask Finish is a limited-release straight bourbon whiskey from Penelope Bourbon (part of the Cooper Series), crafted from a blend of four-grain bourbon mash bills and finished for about four months in hand-selected French Grenache Rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône region. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), it offers notes of vanilla, candied fruit, cream, floral and herbal aromas, and a strawberry-cream finish.
