Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey produced at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal (the Lincoln County Process) before maturing in new, charred American oak barrels, giving it a smooth, mellow character distinct from bourbon. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
