Del Maguey Minero is a single-village mezcal produced in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, Mexico, using traditional clay pot distillation. Made from 100% Espadín (Agave angustifolia), it is a joven-style mezcal known for its smoky, earthy character imparted by the clay pot distillation method.
