Desert Door Pollinator is the third release in Desert Door's Conservation Series, made from the distillery's Original Texas Sotol (distilled from wild-harvested Dasylirion texanum) and infused with native Texas botanicals — mesquite, grapefruit, and honeysuckle — giving it floral, herbaceous notes reminiscent of gin. The bottling highlights the decline of native bee populations, with a portion of proceeds supporting Wild Spirit Wild Places' land conservation efforts. 750ml.
