Rhum Clément V.S.O.P. is an aged rhum agricole from Martinique, distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and carrying the AOC Martinique designation. It is aged approximately 4 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon and French oak barrels, yielding a mahogany-colored rum with notes of mocha, cocoa, salted toffee, vanilla, and toasted coconut, bottled at 40% ABV.
