Only one source has scored this: Middle of the pack on quality, cheap for the category. Fair for the money rather than a steal. 84.5 on Whiskybase against a category median of 84.3, across 47 rated.

Flagship straight bourbon whiskey crafted at Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. High-rye blend of two mash bills, aged a minimum of 5 years in charred American white oak, bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV). Named after George Remus, the Prohibition-era 'King of the Bootleggers.' Tasting notes of maple, vanilla, caramel, and characteristic rye spice.
