Dictador XO Insolent is a premium Colombian rum from Dictador, distilled in Cartagena de Indias from first-press virgin sugar cane honey rather than molasses. Fermented for around 60 hours and distilled using a blend of pot (30%) and column (70%) stills, it is aged and blended using Dictador's solera system, yielding a smooth profile with notes of coffee, vanilla, caramel and butterscotch.
