Dolin Génépy le Chamois is a traditional French alpine herbal liqueur from the Savoy region, produced by the Dolin distillery (est. 1821) in Chambéry. It is made by macerating génépy (a small alpine artemisia, or "mountain sage") along with other alpine botanicals, resulting in a bright, herbaceous, minty liqueur traditionally enjoyed after skiing or dining in the French Alps.
