Don Roberto Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila produced by Tequilera Don Roberto S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1437, La Purísima distillery) in the Jalisco Valley region of Mexico. The agave is cooked in stone/brick ovens, fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks, twice distilled, and rested in American white oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers notes of cooked agave, caramel, oak, and black pepper.
