George Dickel Signature Recipe (formerly Superior No. 12) is a Tennessee whisky produced at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. It is chilled to 40°F and slowly charcoal-mellowed through the traditional Lincoln County Process before aging in charred new American oak barrels, then bottled at 90 proof for a smooth, layered flavor with notes of maple, oak, and light smoke.
