Isautier Rhum Arrangé Banane Flambée is a flavoured rum liqueur from the Isautier distillery on Réunion Island, made by infusing aged rum with flambéed banana and other natural ingredients to create a rich, dessert-like spirit with notes of ripe banana, vanilla and caramelized sugar. Bottled at around 40% ABV in 700ml bottles, it is typically served chilled as a digestif.
