Equiano Original is a multi-award-winning premium aged rum billed as the world's first African & Caribbean rum blend, combining molasses rum distilled in Barbados with fresh sugar cane juice rum from Mauritius. It is tropically matured in ex-bourbon and ex-cognac casks, contains no added spices, additives, or sugar, and is bottled at 43% ABV. The brand is named in homage to Olaudah Equiano.
