El Dorado 12 Year Old is a Demerara rum from Guyana, produced by Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL). It is a blend of rums aged at least 12 years, distilled using a combination of wooden and metal Coffey and pot stills, then aged in bourbon oak casks. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a rich, fruity bouquet with notes of dried fruit, toffee, and spice.
