El Dorado 3 Year is a Guyanese Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) at the Diamond Distillery. Distilled on the French Savalle column still from molasses, it is aged a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon oak casks, then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove color, yielding a clean, light-bodied white rum well suited for mixing.
