El Dorado Cask Aged 5 Year is a Demerara rum from Guyana, produced by Demerara Distillers Limited using rums from the historic Uitvlugt Savalle still and the wooden Enmore Coffey still. Aged a minimum of five years in ex-bourbon oak casks, it is bottled at 40% ABV with a smooth, molasses-driven character.
