El Jimador Reposado Tequila is produced by Tequila Herradura at the Casa Herradura distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico (owned by Brown-Forman). Made from 100% blue Weber agave, it is double distilled and rested for about two months in charred American white oak barrels, giving it a light amber color and a smooth profile of agave, vanilla, caramel, and oak notes.
