El Mayor Extra Añejo Sherry Cask Finish is a limited-production 100% blue weber agave tequila from Arandas, Jalisco (Los Altos highlands), distilled by DGL Destiladores. Rather than a brief finish, it is fully matured for 38 months in sherry casks, yielding a layered, fruit-forward profile with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel, and baking spice. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
