Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery, finished with a secondary maturation in a freshly toasted (uncharred) oak barrel for added depth and sweetness. Made from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, it is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) with no age statement, delivering notes of vanilla, caramel, baking spice, and toasted oak.
