Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage is a vintage-dated Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distilleries, drawn from a single hand-selected barrel and bottled at 86.6 proof. Crafted from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, it is aged roughly 7-9 years in charred American oak, offering notes of dark caramel, sweet oak, honey, apple, and orange.
