Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery, made from a mash bill of roughly 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. In accordance with Bottled-in-Bond regulations, it is distilled in a single season by a single distiller at a single distillery, aged at least four years in new charred American oak barrels, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
