Ron Viejo de Caldas Carta de Oro 8 Years is a Colombian rum produced by Industria Licorera de Caldas, distilled from cane molasses with pure spring water and aged for 8 years in white oak (ex-bourbon) barrels at over 2,200 meters altitude in the Andes. It offers a sweet, caramel and fruity aroma with notes of dried fruit, and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
