New Riff's 100% Malted Rye Whiskey is a Kentucky straight rye made from an all-malted-rye grain bill, aged in full-size 53-gallon new charred oak barrels. Bottled in Bond at 100 proof without chill filtration, it is released at six years old — the oldest expression in New Riff's core lineup — with notes of clove, pink peppercorn, saltwater taffy and toasty malt.
