Ezra Brooks 90 Proof Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey distilled from a mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. Aged naturally in new charred white oak barrels for at least four years and charcoal filtered for a smooth, mellow finish, it is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) with notes of caramel, vanilla, spice, and chocolate.
