A joven mezcal from Gracias a Dios made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, using wild-harvested Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum) aged in the field for roughly 13-15 years before double-distillation in copper stills under mezcalero Oscar Hernandez. Bottled at 45% ABV, it offers a complex, vegetal and floral profile with notes of tangerine, vanilla and subtle smoke.
