Fortaleza Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila produced at Destileria La Fortaleza (NOM 1493) in the Tequila Valley, Jalisco, under master distiller Guillermo Erickson Sauza. The agave is cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, crushed with a Tahona wheel, fermented, and distilled in copper pot stills, then bottled unaged at 40% ABV, yielding a clean, complex spirit with notes of citrus, cooked agave, vanilla, and basil.
