George Dickel Classic Recipe (formerly labeled "No. 8") is a Tennessee sour mash whisky from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, charcoal mellowed in the Lincoln County Process, and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) with no age statement.
